What is cloudPBX?

The initials PBX stand for Private Branch Exchange – a central switching system for phone calls within a business.

ITAF uses an MPLS network (private network) for its customers. This way QoS (Quality of Service) can be offered, which means telephony can get priority over data traffic. With this MPLS technology different locations can also be connected to each other and work with the same PBX which reduces a lot of costs.

Here at ITAF, the PBX is no longer physically present. It is software that runs on heavy servers in a datacenter (Cloud). Therefore you will never have an old PBX anymore. Our software is constantly updated with the latest new features.
